Milan to Ibiza Private Jet: 90 Minutes to the White Isle

Linate or Malpensa?

• Milan Linate (LIN) — the city airport, just a short drive from the centre, with a dedicated private terminal. Best for most travellers.
• Milan Malpensa (MXP) — further out but convenient for Lake Como, Lake Maggiore and Varese.

Best aircraft for the route

On a sector this short, a turboprop such as the Pilatus PC-12 or King Air 350 is excellent value and only slightly slower than a jet. A light jet adds speed and a sleeker cabin for a small premium. Choose a midsize jet if you want a stand-up cabin or are carrying a lot of luggage.

• Combine with Lake Como: Malpensa is the closest airport to the lake for a two-centre holiday.
